Easy-to-follow dance routines to club anthems from 90's to today with glow sticks & disco lights! Get fit and have fun! What happens in a Clubbercise class?

A dance fitness class with easy-to-follow routines using glow sticks to club classics from the
nineties to now. After checking in you’ll be given a set of rave glow sticks. We darken the room, get the Laser lights & disco lights
going and start with a simple warm up routine. Then we work up a sweat dancing to club classics from the 90′s to
recent dance anthems. The routines are easy-to-follow a

nd always have high or low impact options. What should I wear/bring? No heels! Just trainers and sportswear/streetwear/fitness clothing… something you can dance/rave in… and
make sure you bring some water. Do I need to be an experienced dancer? Having rhythm helps but we deliberately make our routines easy-to-follow so anyone can have a go. Do I need to be fit? A reasonable level of fitness would help but we do teach high and low impact options so our classes are fine if
you’re just starting out on a fitness regime or if you’re already a fitness freak!

UGH I’m so sorry to do this but it’s definitely too hot to dance in litlington village hall tomorrow night.. I’ll refund everyone that has paid already… stay hydrated and safe and I’ll see you next week.. I MISS YOU ALREADY!!

or feel free to come to Baldock on Tuesday- there’s air-con in there and I already can’t wait!!

Just a quick reminder that the sports hall is now closed, so there’s no dancing tomorrow but we will be back through August at Litlington village hall 7-8pm each Monday 🎉🎉All welcome! Please let me know if you need more info!

💙💜💛💚PLEASE READ💚💛💜💙
Waaahhhh, Bassingbourn sports hall is closed for refurb from 27th July and throughout August😭😭I’m so sorry!! Although this seems terrible news, it means it will be even nicer in September so this is lovely news for September us’s.
In the meantime I have managed to bag Litlington village hall for August so we can still dance 🎉🎉🎉 There was however no availability for 27th July so we can all have a lovely and well deserved rest on that date💪

Hopefully see you all tomorrow and we can dance and discuss how excited we are to dance in Litlington for a month xx

Blimy, it’s hot. We are dancing as usual 7- 8pm at the sports hall, but if you aren’t comfortable in the heat, please don’t come! I’ll happily refund you if you have already booked, I completely understand and would rather have you healthy and hydrated than your £6!

If you are coming please bring water💦We’ll have lots of breaks and we’ll dance to the least crazy ones! I have 2 fans for in there but it will still be sweaty.. can’t wait to dance with you in a bit x

If you’re not coming, enjoy the heat before it goes and stay safe! I’ll see you next week when it’s probably raining 🤣X

Just a reminder there’s no class tonight because it’s bank holiday😭😭😭BUT WE’RE DANCING ON WEDNESDAY INSTEAD. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉We are dancing at the earlier time of 6-7pm. All are welcome -
If you can’t usually come on a Monday, this is your chance! I’d love to dance with you! Please feel free to contact me if you want any more info 😊

Also - update on the lights - they can’t fix the problem until half term but they are putting us in the other hall where it’s dark and we won’t have to see each others faces again! I’ll miss seeing you all dancing in the bright lights, but I know this will make you all happy again!

So in summary.. have a lovely day, and I can’t to dance with you on Wednesday 6pm in the dark!!
