Message to grab a space. Limited spaces available.
I can provide yoga mats to anyone that needs them!
We'll run through a gentle practice, suitable for beginners, build up a little heat and then stretch out and relax. We will practice outside if the weather allows 🌞 so please remember a jumper and socks for our relaxation 🧘‍♂️. We will practice indoors if needed though. Following our yoga practice we'll enjoy a light breakfast of fruit, yogurt and pastries together 🧘‍♀️☕🥐🍓

Fantastic Yoga and Breakfast this morning! We were so lucky to practice outside (no rain at all!). Thank you so much for hosting us lovely light breakfast with tea and coffee after our session! 🥐🍓☕

Thank you to everyone that booked on and came along. Great to meet some new people and see some familiar faces too. More dates coming very soon for June/July/August to book on to 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Epic weekend , fantastic weather, inspiring speakers, beautiful (but sweltering 🥵) run, yoga and refreshing swims. Very grateful to live in this beautiful place!
