Sooo… Mash It Up is properly coming back! 🔥💃

If you've been following us for a long time, you might remember some of this… and if you're new here, here's a little bit of the Mash It Up story!

It all started back in 2012 in London, with classes at the iconic Pineapple Dance Studios. ❤️

From there it grew into so much more — classes, events, instructor trainings and instructors taking Mash It Up to Poland, Finland, Romania, Germany and Italy. 🔥

Then things got a little quieter for a while… but Mash It Up never really went away.

And now we're READY for the next chapter! 💃

Step by step, we're bringing it all back...

Sometimes you don't need to find a new passion… you need to go back to the one that made you feel ALIVE. 🔥

For me, that's dance.

Life got busy. Kids, work, responsibilities, building a business… and Mash It Up had to take a back seat for a while.

But I'm READY to bring it back. 💛

Not just as a class, but as the whole concept I originally created - great music, simple choreography, lots of energy, confidence and that feeling when you walk out of the room completely different to how you walked in.

Come stressed. Leave happy. 🔥

And this time, my kids get to be part of the journey too. ❤️

Whether you've danced for years or haven't danced since a night out about 10 years ago 😂 - you're welcome.

No dance experience needed. No pressure to get every step right.

Just move, sweat, laugh and enjoy yourself.

From the UK to Scotland, Ireland, Poland, Germany, Finland, Estonia, France, Italy and Romania, MIU Dance has united people through music, movement and positive energy.

Today, MIU Dance is growing again with classes in Milton Keynes, exciting new projects, and plans to welcome the next generation of MIU Dance Instructors.

Funny how life comes full circle. ❤️

Many of you know me from my instructor trainings, workshops and dance fitness events over the years.

After taking some time to focus on family, work and rebuilding, I'm excited to be growing my local dance community again and getting back to what I love most – helping people move, connect and feel good through dance.

Afrobeats Dance Fitness is back in Milton Keynes and I'd love your support.

Absolutely amazing class 💛💛💛💛💛

I can't say how exited and nervous I was before! I don't even know why?! 🤣
I've been teaching for 20 years and I'm still getting nervous and I'm worrying if people will like my class!
I loooooove to teach so much! I love to see how much happiness it bearings to people, how they forget about their problems, it makes me happy and I forget about everything too!
In that time what matters is only fun!
