Some achievements mean more than just a finish time… and this is one of them.

4:26:48 at the Brighton Marathon on a tough, hilly course incredible on its own. But what makes this truly special is why she did it.

Running for a cause close to her heart. For someone who means everything to her.

That’s not just physical strength that’s courage, emotion, and purpose driving every single step.

We’re unbelievably proud of you, Daisy. This is what CFB is all about showing up, digging deep, and doing something bigger than yourself.

1000 SESSIONS… and then some 💪

Caroline Seymour has officially hit her 1000 session milestone… although if you ask her, she’ll tell you she passed that mark a while ago 😅

Most of you will know her as Bossfit a nickname that couldn’t be more fitting. She’s the godmother of the box, and for me personally, a bit of a surrogate mum. I’ve known Caroline since the Fitness First days, and she’s always been there through thick and thin.

The last year hasn’t been easy, especially with her hip surgery, but true to form… she’s come back stronger, sharper, and wittier than ever.

She’s the backbone of CFB CrossFit, a constant in the community, and someone we all look up to whether she realises it or not.

Caroline you’re our rock. We absolutely love having you on this journey with us ❤️

🌟 Member Milestone – 1000 Classes Strong! 🌟

Massive shoutout to Daisy for hitting an incredible milestone… 1000 class attendances 🙌

This hasn’t just been about showing up she’s absolutely earned every bit of progress along the way.

🔥 Down approximately 25kg
🔥 Regularly competing in HYROX & CrossFit events
🔥 Now smashing pull-ups, handstand push-ups, and toes to bar

The transformation physically and mentally has been unreal to watch.

Daisy is the definition of consistency, hard work, and trusting the process. Day in, day out, she turns up, puts in the effort, and keeps pushing her limits.

This is what long-term commitment looks like 👏

We’re all incredibly proud of you Daisy and this is only the beginning 💪

Today we’re shining the light on one of our consistent grafters… Nic Bernasconi 👊

Nic shows up, puts the work in, and trusts the process. He’s a regular in our group classes and backs that up with 1:1 sessions with coach Millie — and it’s paying off in a big way.

His progress has been seriously impressive. Strength up, fitness up, confidence up… exactly what we want to see.

Absolutely buzzing for these two 👏

Alaina and Lou took on their first Hyrox at London Olympia and absolutely smashed it finishing in a seriously impressive 1:33 💥

“Absolutely chuffed to bits… felt strong the whole way round!” and it showed. Consistent, composed, and powerful from start to finish. That’s what happens when the hard work pays off.

HYROX Olympia… what a day 🔥

Ray & Andy absolutely smashed it and you can just tell how much it meant from what they said after:

“It’s been a superb few weeks of training leading up to it, feeling energised and strong… we were so consistent on the runs between each station… and got through everything much better than Dublin.”

And that’s exactly it 👆Not just turning up but improving, executing better, and actually feeling the difference.

Andy said it best as well: “The training really paid off… we were so much more consistent than Dublin. Super motivated to keep improving for the next one.”

That’s what this is all about.Progress. Consistency. Wanting more.

It’s not just about the biggest lifts, the fastest times, or standout performances. It’s about recognising the progress that often gets overlooked… turning up when you didn’t feel like it, pushing through a tough session, improving your movement, or backing someone else in the room.

Most people choose how they train based on price.

But after 12+ years of coaching, I’ve seen that the real difference isn’t the equipment you use — it’s the level of guidance and accountability you have.

Some people are perfectly happy training on their own and just having access to a gym. Others need the structure of coached sessions and the motivation of training with others. And some people benefit most from completely personalised coaching.

None of them are “wrong” options — they just suit different people, different goals and different stages of someone’s fitness journey.

The key is finding the approach that keeps you consistent, progressing and actually enjoying your training.

Six months ago I had knee surgery.

This weekend, I still completed Open 26.1.

That’s not because my knee is “back to normal”. It’s because CrossFit is infinitely adaptable.

In the Open, workouts are standardised worldwide – but the beauty of CrossFit is this: every movement can be scaled, modified or adjusted to suit the individual in front of us. Load, range, volume, impact, tempo – all variables we manipulate daily to get the right training effect without compromising long-term progress.

I didn’t ignore my rehab.
I didn’t “push through pain”.
I trained intelligently.

That’s exactly what we do at CFB CrossFit.
