If you're aged between 40 and 74, and haven't already been diagnosed with heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, stroke or high blood pressure, you are eligible for a free NHS health check with NHS nurses here at the Aquadrome.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are on me for my cancer coffee morning. Come and join me and others who have shared experiences for a chat.

☕ We are hosting a Cancer Referral Coffee Morning at the Aquadrome Cafe. This is open to everyone, whether you have recently been diagnosed, you are in recovery, or are the supoort network for a loved one. We look forward to welcoming you to meet new people, and ask for any support or guidance.

On Friday 11th, we got stuck into a full day of fundraising for Parkinson’s UK to mark World Parkinson’s Day 💙

From PWP classes and gym challenges to an all-day bike relay, a bake sale, and free osteopath consultations - the energy was amazing from start to finish!

Together, we managed to raise £615.25 for Parkinson’s UK 🙌 A huge thank you to everyone who donated, took part, pedalled hard, or just came along to show support. We appreciate you!

As you have probably seen by my endless posts, I am doing a Fitathon this Saturday to raise money for the The Pink Place - 8 classes in a day!

Come and join us on the 5th October for a day of fun classes to raise money for the The Pink Place

Some of the best instructors in Basingstoke will be running unique classes throughout the day with all ticket sales going to the Pink Place.

£20 for the full day of classes. £10 for a half day (either morning or afternoon sessions) or if you cant commit to a whole day why not pick a single class for £5.

Spaces are limited and tickets need to be bought in advance so please contact me now if you are interested in taking part!
