Nutrition:

New week and this brings the start of a new training routine. It's time to bring up the Bench Press numbers. I will be training Bench twice a week, 1 session heavy (5x3) and 1 lighter session + working on assistance exercises.
Setting myself a goal to break 100kg by the end of the 12 weeks.
Nothing complicated, simple and straightforward to achieve results.
