Our Mum & Baby Pilates course is designed specifically for mums who want to reconnect with their bodies, strengthen their core, and ease those common postnatal aches and pains.
✨ Mum & Baby Pilates – 6 Week Course
📍 MummaBfit Barn, Dummer (Basingstoke)
🗓 Thursdays at 1:30pm
📅 Starts Thursday 16th April
⏰ 1 hour sessions (30 mins Pilates + 30 mins cuppa & chat)
👶 Babies welcome
💷 £60 for the full course
Led by our experienced Pilates instructor Beth, each session will help you:
• Strengthen your core and pelvic floor
• Improve posture and body alignment
• Support healing of diastasis recti
• Improve flexibility in the hips and pelvis
• Reduce back, hip and pelvic discomfort
And because this is MummaBfit, we finish every session with tea, biscuits and a good catch-up with other local mums.
Spaces are limited to keep the sessions supportive and relaxed.
