I didn’t start my fitness journey feeling strong or confident. I started it scared. I walked into the gym for the first time with my heart racing, convinced everyone was staring at me, and completely unsure what to do. I was battling thyroid issues, polycystic ovaries, and a body that felt like it was fighting me at every turn. Losing weight felt impossible — until it wasn’t.
Slowly, I learned. I made mistakes. I cried. I kept going. And over time, I lost nearly half my body weight, rebuilt my health, and discovered a confidence I never believed I could have.
But the most important part?
I did it without perfection, without extremes, and without pretending it was easy.
Now, as a personal trainer, I help women who feel exactly how I once did — lost, intimidated, and unsure where to begin. I guide them with compassion, structure, and hormone‑aware training that supports their bodies instead of punishing them.
Because I know what it’s like to start at the very beginning.
I know what it’s like to feel invisible.
And I know what it’s like to finally feel proud of yourself again.
