As a (sad) reminder, Intec gym will be closing its doors on December 30th . I should also note, all direct debits have been cancelled so should any fees be taken, please email me.

Should anyone be interested in joining a local Nuffield gym, please drop me a line so I can determine if I can arrange a special discount. Obviously should be seeking to train nearby drop me a line anyway as I may be able to pull in a deal for local gyms.

I will also be shutting down this page early next week so email is the best source of contact.

GYM News: Hey Guys, This is note to highlight an email that has been sent to all tenants on Intec Business Park.

After a review of the gym operation it is with regret that Mayfield Property Management has taken the decision to close at the end of the year.

Whilst it has previously been considered a benefit to the site in respect of both current and potential tenants, unfortunately current feedback is to the contrary. This is a poor facility requiring substantial investment, which we cannot support through the service charge at this time. Nuffield will be making all members aware of the closure over the next couple of weeks.

I'll be updating all members over the next few weeks with any additional details, but should you have any questions please give me a call.

CLASS NEWS: Don't forget today's class at 12:10-12:45. Although not necessarily a circuit class, you'll still work up a sweat as we work through some instant flexibility, body weight drills, and yoga flows to get you super toned and supple.

CLASS NEWS: I'm back in on Friday soI wanted to shout about about ce Supple Strength Class for instant flexibility drills combined with Yoga, Pilates and body Weight training. Otherwise Check out Sisi's class at the same time (12:10-12:45).

CLASS NEWS: I've been asked if class times can be adjusted in the hope to attract more members to attend. with this in mind all class will now start at 12:10-12:45. I'll also merge Friday's class into one so this will now involve bodyweight training, yoga, pilates and instant flexbility to achieve some serious supple strength. An updated poster will be pinned ot the notice board today.

Somthing a little different; I've been given some tractor tyres, which I'll introduce on our Monday sessions (weather permitting). So expect some tyre flipping, tyre jumping and sledge Hammer smashes. Should beeeeee fun.

Gym Stuff: Had the pleasure to meet the amazing Maddie Hinch at Basingstoke Hockey Club yesterday. She spent loads of time inspiring kids and sharing her experience of the Rio Olympics and becoming a gold medalist at the Olympics.

GYM NEWS: Please note as of Monday the 25th, the rear entrance to Intec two may be blocked off due to spraying of cladding and the sky-bridge. Instead please use the front entrance.

GYM News: I've now upgraded the displays to both rowers, to use these press the top right button to start rowing, additional changes can be made by pressing the display and units buttons. Should you need any help, please give me a call.

GYM News:Partial Success with the new displays for the Rowers. One has been installed today, while the seconds will be install on Friday. I'll also place a basic instructions sheet on the wall for basic use.
