Sadly due to staff sickness we will not be running a class tonight but Niel Ryan has kindly volunteered to open the venue and play music for anyone who wants to practice/freestlye

Tomorrow will be the last class of the year, come and get your fill before the Christmas break. The classes will be suitable for all and there will be plenty of time to practice, no partner required. Wear something you can comfortably move in.

Very informative second session with Tashina Beckmann-King West Coast Swing's free "Improve with Intention" online training, the sessions are recorded so still time to sign up and catch up.

Lots of juicy nuggets of wisdom that will go towards creating my own swing signature, we are all individuals and the aim is not perfection but improvisation and experimentation to try and create the perfect blend of all elements which will inevitably involve sometimes over or under doing bits but that is OK and part of the process.

Great 1st session from Tashina Beckmann-King West Coast Swing's free "Improve with Intention" online training (you can still sign up!).
Plenty to work on but going to start with trying to make sure the backs of both legs are engaged as much as possible and sending and receiving weight from the right part of the foot.

Due to reduced running costs the entry fee is now a £5 voluntary donation, we take cards, phones, watches, bank transfers and can accept cash but don't carry change.
