Thank you Mike Rosa for covering while I was away. I'm back this week full of ice cream and grateful for the cooler climate.

Anyone who is considering it, I'd strongly recommend a weekend event if you can, the next one is MSO which is near Heathrow at the end of September. They have cleared the follower waiting list and released day passes, message me for more info.

Each year a choreographed West Coast Swing routine is released that people learn and perform around the world.

I am teaching some of the trickier moves (to help people who want to do the West Coast Swing "rally"/flashmob and because they are nice moves 😉).

Class will be running as usual tonight with the addition of a new fan to keep us cool!
First class will be suitable for all and we'll move onto trickier stuff for the second class.
