Celebrating CP’s 9th birthday with an in-house competition 😍
Everyone crushed it, it was so close throughout, that after event two there were 4 (yes 4!) pairs in joint 1st and 5th/6th within 2 points, with the rest of the field in similar standings.
Well done to those on the podium, you gave it everything for the win 🙌 Great effort Bruce and Leisl!
9 years ago Complete Performance opened its doors with one goal, be THE safe and friendly space for people to train. That hasn’t changed, we are just really good at the other stuff too.
We coaches may guide it, but the community is what keeps CP being that friendly and safe space for everyone. You are what makes it a welcoming and non-intimidating environment for everyone to train. Whether it’s the mum bringing the kids to her class or the Hyrox athlete sweating it out on the sled or the powerlifter hitting a PB Bench.
So thank you, to all of you, for continuing to make CP the best place to be social, be fit and achieve goals 💙
