How you can still enjoy you’re meals and evenings out whilst still making big progress towards your fitness goals📈
In my opinion, making progress and reaching you’re goals is all about doing it in a sustainable way. I’m going to go through a couple of options you could choose👇🏼
Option 1 (for those that really want to blow out on the weekend🥂)- this method involves ‘banking calories’ from Monday-Friday and adding them onto Saturday night ensuring that you can really enjoy yourself. For example, if you banked 200 calories daily Monday-Friday you would have 1000 calories to expend on the Saturday. For those that focus on performance in the gym or in there sport i would not suggest this method as it may lead to reduced energy levels mid week.
Option 2- This option is very simple and the one that i favour myself. If i know that i will be going out on the Saturday i will reduce my calorie intake earlier on the Saturday to save as many calories i see fit, then when i go out i can eat/drink what i want🌮🍹. Calories on menu’s now also mean that it is very easy for you plan ahead depending on what takes your fancy🤔. This way you may be hungrier throughout the day on Saturday but the rest of your week won’t suffer because of it.
Balance is key, If you don’t have balance you will fall out of love for it. SIMPLE✅
