Jumping into a new week! Plan ahead and get those trampolines booked; we offer class passes to help with the price but also to help keep you accountable for your happiness and fitness too! When you ((B)) with us your brain releases feel-good hormones. Endorphins, dopamine and serotonin all work together to make you feel your best.

We came back from our Summer break with a bang and headed straight into ((B))eing BEYONCÉ to help celebrate ((B)) Basingstoke turning 2! Thank you all for a fab month!

“I have been going to ((BOUNCE)) classes now for 8 months and I can honestly say they definitely got me back into going to classes after Covid. The classes are fun and the group of people that go are so friendly. I hate when I have to miss a class. Janie and Grace, our instructors, are really welcoming and make the classes really enjoyable from the moment we start ((BOUNCE))ing until the cool down. Would highly recommend these classes- so come along to try them, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed 💪🏻”

It’s time to celebrate our 2nd Birthday! We’ve decided to celebrate in style with our ((B))eing Beyoncé & Bubbles event; you have an hour class dedicated to Beyoncé herself; old, new and very loved tracks thrown in with bubbles and cake at the end. There are even some giveaways to be handed out throughout the evening too! We’ll finish with bubbles and cake🍾🧁

Timings:
6:15-7:15pm ~ ((B))eing Beyoncé Class
7:15-7:45pm ~ Bubbles & Cake
7:45pm ~ Event finishes
Tickets are £10 plus there will be a few giveaways too!

Veronica joins our Tuesday class and brings so much energy, fun and love to our classes. She hides away at the back but you can always see how much fun she is having during every track and that little eye roll when we say “SPRINT” 😜
