Our new equipment will be getting installed into the main gym area one Friday 17th March.

This room will be out of use for the whole day, but you are still welcome to come down and use either the new Cardio room, or the middle stretch room.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope that this is now the final part of our gym expansion.

We appreciate your co-operation throughout this, and hope that you are looking forward to trying out the new kit as much as we are
