No excuses!!! You don’t have to be in shape, be bendy or flexible, even be a certain size of touch your toes. It’s a fun fitness class & we work with you on tour own individual journey.

I been teaching Pole Fitness classes for over 15 years. I would like to think I have created a fun and vibrant safe environment for all to come and learn a new skill while making new friends and learning a new skill.

No need to be in shape or strong. Our classes are fun, not about coming already in shape and strong! We have students all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. We adapt classes to suit your needs.

Rest assured you will have an amazing class with us. Maybe you have just moved to the area. Want to learn a new skill, a mummy needing me time or maybe you just don’t like the gym.

I teach in Rochford & Basildon. Contact me for full timetable. Classes are £10 or 4 for £35 or we have few current offers running so please ask.

I have been teaching Pole as a form of a fitness class for over 15 years and I guarantee you will have so much fun that you won’t even realise you are working out. I’m personally not a fan of the gym and I easily lost my baby weight by just poling a few times a week.

Rest assured this is a welcoming fun fitness class. All we ask is you come along with laughter and willingness to learn a new unique skill. I promise you won’t even realise you are working out.

It’s a fun & unique way to get in shape and getting back into exercise. We are purely a fitness class, no need to be strong or in shape to join. Suitable for complete beginners of all ages, sizes & shapes. We work on all moves, stretching & conditioning at your own pace.
