Fab last small group training last Thursday! So sad that this is my last one! But you have all been fab! And great results once again👏🏻💪🏻

Even though I won’t be running the class, the fabulous KFitness Essex will be taking it over on a Thursday at 8pm, the taster starts this week so let me or her know if you want to join in

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!! 🥳
I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and made lots of memories!
Who’s ready to ‘get back on it’ now that 2019 is here and would like the opportunity to win a free Personal Training session??
Well, KFitness Essex and I will be running a monthly challenge this year and the first one starts NOW!!

For this months challenge, all you have to do is:
> Post a picture or video of you completing a set of 20squats in your most unusual place! (You can enter as many different locations as you like!)

Super proud of my fab client Ria! 6month update and she is down 2stone 2.5lbs and a massive 24.5 inches lost! Through eating well and smashing her PT sessions she is getting closer to her goal 💪🏻 well done Ria!
