Let's talk social media.
We know it can be a fantastic tool to utilise when it comes to fitness, access to lots of free content to help you with training and nutrition. Lots of inspirational people sharing their journey to help you feel inspired.
Unfortunately with the good comes the bad 👎🏼If you are easily affected by certain accounts that make you feel bad or you find that you are comparing yourself to heavily edited images, UNFOLLOW! Fill your feed with accounts you can relate to that, that are better for your mental health, that show a healthy balance of honesty, fitness and real life.
Until you are fully confident and at the point of no longer trying to compare, then those accounts that trigger you are going to have a detrimental impact on your progress.
