WHY I BECAME A PERSONAL TRAINER 🏋🏽♀️
I started my own fitness journey in January 2022, I didn’t have a clue on what I was doing when going to the gym and I had 0 confidence in myself. I then found myself a Personal Trainer and fell in love with fitness and becoming healthier. My love for fitness inspired me to become a Personal Trainer.
I started my studying in March 2022 and 5 months later I qualified as a Level 2 Fitness Coach & a Level 3 Personal Trainer and started working for in August 2022.
But before becoming a Personal Trainer I was studying to become a Canine Hydrotherapist. Making a career change was a big decision for me to make, but I still wanted to help whether it was Dogs or People.
Now I help people on their fitness journey, women that I can relate to as I’ve been there before myself. I help women build their confidence within the gym that can be male dominant and intimidating, I help women become motivated to reach their goals whether that’s losing weight, eat healthier or weight training🏋🏽♀️
