No frills mobile PT sessions! This lady had never lifted weights before, beginner set up to help her learn the basics, gain confidence and be powerful in the gym. No need for massive amount of space. She looks incredible. 🙌❤️

I’m PT’d out until the new year and what an incredible year it’s been!

I’ve enjoyed all the blood, sweat and tears!!! (The sadist I am)

Have said goodbye to clients I now consider my friends, and looking forward to welcoming newbies in Jan!! 💪
