Pullups as a beginner can seem impossible when you’re first starting out in the gym but they don’t have to be.

Like anything you just have to start at the right level and slowly work your way up.

Why not give yourself the goal of getting your first pull up.

Instagram and fitness influencers are doing more harm than good for beginners?

The constant arguing over diets to get more views, debating which exercise is optimal to get 1% better training for a certain muscle… it’s all becoming a bit of BS.

I even saw one coach trying to sell 90 days of coaching for £2,000. Let me tell you, I guarantee he is offering nothing out of the ordinary with his coaching.

There’s an overload of information online. Some of it good, but more and more clickbaity nonsense.

The key bits of information, most of you probably know by now. The key is you need someone, or a reason, to hold you accountable to it for long enough until it becomes a lifestyle habit, or whatever you want to call it.

People aren’t going to stop posting this crap. So it’s really up to you to stop absorbing it all.

Because otherwise, you’re going to be left confused and, truthfully, never really get started or stick to it for long enough, because you’re jumping from thing to thing.
