Reformer Timetable is LIVE on the app… go go go❗️

See the current timetable here, with ‘Reformer Basics’ taking a lead roll in the early stages - it’s a free 30 minute intro to learn & understand what the main fundamentals are.

‘Reformer For All’ sits alongside the basics timetable and will start to grow as our community continues to grow ❤️

- For now, our vision is for this to be for Clubkingswood members only, so we cannot offer beds to anyone who isn’t a member.

- Reformer Basics is FREE. One session will be enough for anyone to pick up the ‘basics’ & decide if continuing with Reformer Training is for you.

- Reformer For All is £7.50 per class, payable when booking.

Vacancy- We are looking to recruit a Weekend cleaner to join our Housekeeping Team. The hours are 4am - 8am Saturdays and Sundays, with the opportunity for overtime to cover holidays etc. Experience preferred but full training will be given

Exercising is so much more than sculpting that dream body… recent data suggests that between 74%-91% of UK adults reported feeling stressed or overwhelmed at some point in the past year, but guess what… approximately 78% of gym-goers reported less of those rough days, with IMPROVED stress management and increased confidence through training.

That’s UK based numbers… those improved stress management & confidence numbers are higher here at CK without a doubt! 👊🏼
