Good morning,

This post is for all the people who told themselves they’re “starting Monday “ 😂😂.

So I just wanted to introduce the Personal Trainers that I have partnered up with ,Jay and Cam ,as part of our Weight Loss service.They both work together at the Gym Hub in Shotgate .The gym is a lovely local gym that has a warm and welcoming environment perfect for beginners or anyone who is slightly sceptical or nervous about entering a gym.It is well equipped ,spacious with lots of parking also .The monthly membership is extremely reasonably at only £25/month with no contract commitment.

Jay and Cam are both experienced and supportive trainers .The MOST IMPORTANT part of any weight loss journey is not just about fat loss .It is about becoming STRONGER,HEALTHIER and FITTER through a structured nutritional and muscle-building based program that improves your functional fitness for every day life .

I believe that through our service ,coupled with Jay and Cam ,we can provide you with a personalised,supportive and most importantly enjoyable approach to weight loss and improved functional fitness and improved health and wellness.

Don’t forget to utilise resistance bands!

“Why would I use one on a leg extension?”

Using bands on a leg extension allows the load to be the greatest at the hardest point of the movement where you will have recruited the most muscle fibres, meaning you’ll be working your quads a lot harder.
