When we speak of statements such as this above or another such as "I lack trust" we are actually in a weird paradox!

We have to be confident in our decision to say we lack confidence, we also have to trust in our statement when saying we lack trust... you see the issue with these statements?

You, me, everyone will always trust in something, it's not about a lack of trust, it's just trusting in something you don't prefer.

We do not lack confidence, we are just confident in our belief that we lack confidence!

Redefine how you see these two definitions, you will ALWAYS be confident in something, you will ALWAYS trust in something... just allow it to be in something you prefer!

Take a moment to reflect on this, tell me once you are confident enough to believe in this and trust what I've written 😉😌
