Outdoor fall leads to loss of confidence 😮‍💨

People come to the our free coaching sessions for loads of different reasons.

One of our regulars that was on last nights session wanted to regain his confidence after a fall whilst leading outdoors resulted in a broken ankle😞

He is always at the wall working hard and constantly improving, so it was really satisfying to see him make such progress in one session and get back to leading close to his limit straight away 💪💪

Some people come for performance coaching, skill improvement or, like Alan, confidence building.

If you have been thinking to coming to our coached evening sessions, for whatever reason, just book on.

It’s a really good chance to improve your climbing … and for only standard entry charge, it’s a bargain 👊

Are you a new ‘leader or lead belayer?’

A little nervous and want to consolidate your skills further?

Maybe you just feel a little rusty or want to improve your climbing whilst on lead.

This session is perfect for you. Competent leaders looking to practice or improve under guidance of an instructor.

No extra charge, just your usual entrance fee. Free to members.
