With our next show only 6 weeks away it appears some of the registered boxers are still in holiday mode ,
All coaches are in agreement that unless boxers are attending a minimum of 2 out of 3 training sessions per week and an additional 3 runs outside of gym hours they will not be considered or matched for the up and coming show on Saturday October 10th 2026 (no exceptions and no excuses ) @

🥊 I THINK EVERY FIGHTER HAS HAD THIS MOMENT.

You finish training.

Everyone leaves.

The gym gets quiet.

You sit there for a minute, exhausted…

And you ask yourself,

“Am I actually getting better?”

Not because you want to quit.

Because you’ve been working so hard that it’s difficult to see your own progress.

The funny thing is…

Months later, someone new walks into the gym and looks at you the same way you once looked at someone else.

That’s when you realize something.

Growth is hard to notice when you’re living it every day.

Sometimes you’re changing so slowly…

You don’t realize you’ve already become the person you were hoping to be.
