Massive day at HQ yesterday with us taking on the classic CrossFit benchmark, ‘CINDY’.

As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 mins

5 Pull Ups
10 Press Ups
15 Air Squats

As always - it was great to see so many wins, first pull ups, new PB’s and people pushing each other through the workout.

It’s what we do 🙌
