Donโ€™t get disheartened if you donโ€™t see instant results. These things take time. Itโ€™s not a 12 week transformation. Fitness, training and nutrition is a lifestyle change. You have to be in it for the long haul. There are no quick fixes.
Be as consistent as possible.
Work hard.
Lift weights.
Move your body more.
Drink plenty of water.
Prioritise sleep.
Moderation with food. 80/20.
No need to majorly restrict any food types.
Just be mindful of how much you eat, the quality of the food you eat and keep protein intake high.
The results will speak for themself ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ ๐Ÿ’ฅ

That dream body youโ€™re chasing is heavier than you think!
So. What does that mean?โ€ฆ
The toned look most people want requires building muscle. And guess whatโ€ฆ
Muscle has weight.
Muscle is essential to your longevity.
Muscle is essential to strength, balance, and resilience as we age.
Muscle is essential to living healthy as we age.
Muscle is essential to a strong metabolism.
Muscle weighs more than fatโ€ฆ
Although if you want to be technical about it, a pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat. However, a pound of fat takes up about twice the space as a pound of muscle. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
If youโ€™re on a mission to feel healthy, reasonably lean, and build muscle, your body along the journey will almost certainly be heavier than the number you seek/crave. And when you accept and acknowledge that it will change your mindset going forward. ๐Ÿง 
Stop chasing a number on the scale! โš–๏ธ
Use other tools as well as the scale to track your progress.
๐Ÿ”˜ Take progress pictures. Itโ€™s crazy sometimes when putting two pictures side by side and seeing the difference. ๐Ÿ“ธ
๐Ÿ”˜ Take measurements of your body. Track These measurements over time. ๐Ÿ“

๐Ÿ”˜ You move better. Faster and stronger. You wake up with more energy in the morning ๐Ÿ’ฅ
The scales do not define your worth! ๐Ÿ’ฐ
Thereโ€™s nothing wrong with wanting to lose fat or change the appearance of your body. After all, itโ€™s your body so you can do whatever you please with it. However, we need to stop valuing ourselves based on the number glaring up at us when we step on the scale. ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ’ฏ
