Busy This morning (lots of machines free still!) and we have some nice cooler weather.
If I dont see you Have a good weekend!
Also as always my Door is always open and my phone in my hand if anyone needs to talk, September is su***de prevention month (although for me its every month!) If you know anyone going through a rough time send them my way for a coffee and a chat.
I say this alot but people sometimes feel they can talk to me as Im not in that emotional circle and I can talk from a place of being there!

Running on Tired!
5 days off in over a year, I am exhausted!
Is it worth it? 1000000%
building the Gym into what it already has become is my greatest achievement so far!
I set out with a goal to make a space where everyone is safe and everyone can train or talk without any judgement. everyone is at different levels and everyone has something they are going through or been through and this is the place where people come. I am so proud of myself and everyone who comes in

Who needs sleep?
Being stuck in stop start traffic at midnight in Wythenshawe is not on my list of favourite things to do!
Luckily i sleep like rubbish all the time so being knackered is the norm!
