Gym Update 📢

We’re upgrading your gym experience!
New cardio equipment is coming to NL Active Baysgarth on Thursday 17 September.

The gym will remain open and accessible as usual. However, during the installation, some cardio machines will be temporarily unavailable.
Rowers, spin bikes, assault bikes and ski ergs will remain available throughout.

We’re excited to introduce new cardio equipment at Baysgarth, giving you even more ways to get the most from every workout.

Looking for a fun and active way to start your week? Our Pickleball Club is running every Monday from 10am–12pm!

Whether you're picking up a paddle for the first time or you're already a seasoned player, all ages and abilities are welcome.
