Warriors Gym has been set up to focus on the needs of its clients. Whether it is to build muscle, build core strength, becoming fitter or simply working on a healthy lifestyle, Warriors Gym has the right package for you. Warriors Gym offers a range of services and packages offering a more personal membership to its clients. The memberships are aimed to fit around the lifestyle and needs of the member but also adding a commitment between us and them. This allows us to help our members achieve their goals more easily and effectively. Warriors Gym is run and owned by Sean Blackburn of Barton who is currently GPC British European Masters Raw Bench Champion 2015 and SPC & GPC World Masters Raw Bench Champion 2015 along with Strongman Multitime Winner from Novice to Masters 2003 to 2013. Sean has devoted his life to the world of gym and has achieved so much in his time. Sean offers a series of 1 to 1 sessions where he will coach you and push you into achieving your life goals, whether that be to lose weight, build your body or build your core strength. He will focus on well known techniques but will also add his valuable personal experience to your training programmes to ensure you succeed your goals. Warriors Gym also offers a range of diet programmes to accompany your training programmes to assist you in reading your end target. There will also be available;

*These will be held in the fitness suite but will need to be booked in advance with the trainers outside of bootcamp and keepfit classes. Prices will be available upon interest and Non members are welcome to join in. A weekly diary will be on the noticeboard so you will all be aware of the sessions that are available and will be posted week in advance.
