💜 THURSDAYS FANTASTIC KICKBOXING

🥊 What an awesome evening of training across all our kickboxing classes tonight!

Our Kids Kickboxing students brought plenty of energy, focus, and determination, working hard on their skills while having fun with their friends. 👏

We worked through some defence work and added in some counters💪

Our Teen & Adult Kickboxing class pushed themselves despite the heat! Some combos and sparring was the main focus tonight!

And our Ladies Kickboxing group absolutely smashed it, showing great effort, support, and team spirit throughout the class too 🔥

🫶 A huge well done to everyone who trained tonight. Your hard work and positive attitude make our club such a fantastic place to be.

💜 THIS WEEKS CREATIVE CREW

This week in some of our classes we have been working on some creative technique work with our karate students.

Hand combos, tricks and kicks - these guys have given it their all in class 💪

Repetition, or more importantly correct repetition is so important with any creative work - it enables us to practise the technique AND get it looking sharp and fast!

It takes dedication, commitment and skill!💜

💜 A BIG THANK YOU TO KATHY

Last night we hosted our second BOUNCE session - a free parent support group!

A huge thank you to Kathy our guest speaker and to everyone who took the time to come along and be part of the conversation.🫶

🌟Supporting children with ADHD and autism can sometimes feel like a challenging journey, but evenings like these remind us that no one has to navigate it alone.

The willingness to share experiences, offer encouragement, ask questions, and support one another creates a truly valuable and welcoming community.🤩

💕We are incredibly grateful to Kathy for sharing her knowledge, guidance, and passion, and to every parent and carer who contributed to such a positive and meaningful evening.
Together, we continue to learn, grow, and support one another for the benefit of our amazing children.

💜 A HUGE WELL DONE TO EDISON

Last night Edison came to try his first kids kickboxing class!

🥊 After some initial nerves, Edison stepped on the mats and absolutely smashed every combo we tried!

A massive well done Edison, we are so proud of you! It’s not easy taking up something new in a room full of new people and unfamiliar surroundings but you did an AMAZING JOB!

💜 We were so pleased to hear this morning that you loved your lesson and would like to come again!

💜 THESE LADIES WERE ROCKING IT

Last night's ladies session focused on padwork and angles 🥊

Working on moving off the centre line, and finding those better positions to attack and defend.

It's not always about throwing more punches, sometimes it's about being in the right place at the right time.

Great effort from everyone, plenty of energy in the room, and lots of progress being made each week. Keep showing up, keep learning, and keep improving! 👊🔥

💜 IT’S ALL ABOUT THAT TEAMWORK

Tonight in weapons class our students were having a go at sports sword!

It was AWESOME watching everybody chip in whether it be having a go at being the ref, the mirror, score keeping, coaching or fighting- everyone had a task and was eager to get stuck in!

🔥 A big shout out to all the students in that class who displayed amazing teamwork skills I was so proud to see it!

A welcoming and supportive space for parents and carers of children with ADHD & Autism to connect, share experiences, gain support and feel understood.
