“Just listen to your body” 🤣

My body wants 4000 calories plus a family sized desert…

The reality, if you goal is fat loss, your body isn’t the best accountant.

You absolutely should track what your eating in order to make consistent progress towards losing body fat

Because if fat loss was as easy as listening to our cravings, I’d be filming this from an all-you-can-eat buffet. 🍔

Dumbbell lateral raises are great.

But if you’re only doing dumbbells, you could be missing out on gains.

Cuffed cable laterals provide more tension in the stretched position, more loaded range of motion, and often a smoother shoulder path.

Use both. Grow more. 💪

Don’t just move the weight! Make the muscle do the work.

Slow down the reps, control the eccentric, and squeeze at the end range. Most people could get more growth from the same weight simply by removing momentum and increasing tension.
