Our popular Young Lions karate classes for 4–5 year olds have grown so fast that we’ve opened a brand-new Saturday morning class to make space for more little lions 🦁
Based on Kyokushin Karate, Young Lions helps children develop:
🥋 Confidence & self-control
🥋 Focus, listening & respect
🥋 Balance, coordination & fitness
All taught through fun, structured activities in a safe and positive environment.

🔥 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🔥

We are proud to announce an important evolution in our junior foundation program.

Our Little Spartans classes are being rebranded to:
🦁 THE YOUNG LIONS 🦁

In Kyokushin history, the Young Lions were a dedicated group of karateka who lived and trained together, committing themselves fully to the hard, disciplined life of Kyokushin under Sosai Mas Oyama. They trained relentlessly — forging strong bodies, strong minds, and unbreakable spirit.

By adopting this name, we honor that legacy and bring our junior program into closer alignment with the true spirit of Kyokushin Karate — discipline, perseverance, humility, and courage.

While our Young Lions are still kids, the values they train in reflect the same mindset:
commitment, respect, effort, and growth.

A new name.
A deeper connection to Kyokushin.
The same strong foundation.

Huge Congratulations to Our New Spartans Lead Instructor!
We're incredibly excited to announce the promotion of Olivia Palfrey to Lead Instructor of our Spartans Program for 4-5 year olds! 🎉

Olivia has an exceptional rapport with both our young students and their parents, creating a wonderfully supportive and engaging environment in every class. Though she's only 16, Olivia is mature beyond her years, demonstrating remarkable leadership, patience, and a true passion for teaching our youngest martial artists.

We are immensely proud of Olivia and her dedication to the Spartans Program. Her hard work and natural ability to connect with the children make her the perfect fit for this vital role.
