But they smashed my little low impact accumulator tonight.

Honestly, the giggles and banter made that toughie tonight a little less hard to swallow🤣

Does now mean I can never keep a straight face instructing a diamond push up again 🙈🙉

Well done ladies, you kept going and tonight you worked every large muscle group and I look forward to the messenger banter tomorrow for those struggling to make it downstairs!

What makes people train even in the 🌧️🤔

Why would you do that?

Well something about the ground actually being warm, liking a bit of water boarding🤷‍♀️

Some people will do anything to escape the kids/husbands/dogs inset what fits here____

The reality is, if it gives an hour to you with a bunch of people that kinda get it, it can’t be so bad training in the rain😉

Lots of fun and games back on the Rhoose scene with THE crew😎

Tonight they blasted through:
✅Tabata
✅Ali’s heads or tails hill fun
✅Bands of Doom
✅Rock “embrace”
✅spicy little finisher involving Sally!

And just like that…One turned 60, more than 1 went paddle boarding on the Brecon canal with Outdoor Explore (highly recommend), a few had Russ’ breakfast baps, one took the Rennies, a few went to Ali’s Wednesday night pop up bootcamp, one left early (🙄always one right Rhoose Runners) a few stayed in a caravan, one towed a caravan completely solo (we call this putting your big girl pants on🩳🩲)…

It’s a funny time.

The lead up to Christmas can bring so much joy but it can also be an incredibly trying and lonely time.

I want to reach out to anyone in need right now. Every weekday morning I get up for 6:30am mindful hiit (it’s just moving the body and awakening the mind really), sometimes I’m joined but a lovely couple of women, sometimes a bunch of women, who just want to try starting their day a different way.

We think it works. We think it helps and we think it makes us feel a bit better.

So, if you want to join us, whatever your background or situation, I just want to reach out and say, we’d welcome you. It’s free.

So blessed to take the boys to the rainforest today. Every day saying thank you for all of the wonders we experience here down under in . Today has been no exception. We visited the very awesome and . We saw wild peppercorn, plumbs so bright purple but also highly toxic to humans and a couple of tree snakes. Plus we got a very refreshing dip and swim in gorge waters with various fish!wonderful! I’ll be spending late summer in rivers now😂 But it makes me think, how nature just is such a leveller. So good for mind and soul and everything feels so good when we do stuff to satisfy that inner child!

And breathe! The day we travelled and arrived in Port Douglas. More adventures await us but we sure are very happy and saying our gratitudes for the lovely place we get to call home for the next week…So special to have a bolt on holiday with our cousins! 💙💙💙💙 And yes, we found the ice cream parlour before the house😂

Taking a little perspective break with the little dudes. A whole 🌍 to discover! We’ve seen the mountains of Hong Kong (lovely airport lounge view), had a double beach dip encounter in Manly and I think we clocked 40 hours of travel time but we are loving our little Aussie adventure and life down under so far. So important to remember there is a whole world out there to explore and I just hope these little dudes see, it really is your 🦪!
So cool to see friendly cockatoos and the odd 🪳 …more sightseeing of tourist attractions in Sydney tomorrow and we shall travel in style 😉😎
