I received this message tonight from one of our Cardio Core ladies and I genuinely had to share it.

5 stone lost. Two years of showing up. But look at what she’s gained beyond the weight loss.

Confidence.
Strength.
Control.
Belief in herself.
And a community of women cheering her on every step of the way. 🫶

What makes this even more special is that she told me she’s quite shy and making this transformation picture pushed her completely out of her comfort zone.

THAT is growth. ❤️

We can talk about weight loss, inches, dress sizes and fitness levels all day long, but sometimes the biggest transformations are the ones you can’t measure on a set of scales.

It’s the woman who walks through our doors nervous and eventually walks in like she owns the place.

It’s finding confidence you thought you’d lost.

It’s realising you CAN do hard things.

It’s showing up on the days you feel amazing AND the days you really don’t want to.

And this is exactly what Cardio Core has always been about.

Women supporting women. No judgement. No perfection. Just real women, real lives and real progress. 🩷
