Mya is passionate about helping everyone to unlock their full potential. With her energy, knowledge and drive to make a difference, she’ll be leading the fitness and conditioning side of our upcoming boot camps, helping our keepers become stronger, faster and more resilient 🧤

Due to the extreme heat wave and weather conditions, today’s training session has been cancelled to ensure everyones safety ☺️☀️

Today’s sessions will now be rescheduled for Saturday:
