The return of Rhoose Runners!! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
(under new management)

I’d like to share some exciting news with you all, Rhoose Runners will be returning to our streets next month!

This will continue to be a free social running group catering to all abilities from beginners to more advanced runners looking to train within a friendly group environment

Each session will be led by a Welsh Athletics run leader (LiRF) however, we are recruiting….

👉🏻 Are you a qualified run leader (LiRF) or coach (CiRF) willing to lend your expertise to Rhoose Runners by providing coach cover and additional support when participant numbers are high?

👉🏻 Or do you love all things running and think you have what it takes to become a run leader?

Anyone planning on running tomorrow- obviously within the guidelines.

We have enough RLs to manage small groups or bubbles or lamas or whatever we are supposed to be doing....

If you’re up for it let me know and we can take it from there......

I've hopefully set up an event... god knows if If I've done it properly. If you are attending Tuesday please sign on to the free tickets system for track and trace purposes.... or not .... if it doesn't work! I will also bring something to capture your details manually on the night just in case. This will be managed in a Covid complaint environment.

UK Athletics sign on forms will be available to take home and populate for next time. If you still have a copy from last season by all means fill in and bring along.

Session 1 is 60 minutes but only 20 minutes as a group run....run/ walk.

If its raining - wear a jacket! Simples.

Beginners and Improvers session 1. Oct. 2020. Please wear a high viz and suitable footwear ...bring a drink if you want one.

The Welsh Blood Service have set up regional donation hubs, therefore your regular place of donation may no longer be available and you may have to travel further than normally.
During the Pandemic the blood service are unable to take walk-ins. Blood Donation is classed as essential travel.
