Just a snippet of last weeks WOW class at Buttrills Hall.

The guys completed 10 strength and conditioning exercises back to back in pairs.Working continuously chipping through the workout with ZERO rest, this made it a seriously sweaty session!!!

Meeting at Salem Baptist Church tomorrow at 6pm (FINAL WEEK!)

We'll be working on TUT, to you that's "TIME UNDER TENSION" 💪 In simple terms thats the total amount of time the muscle is contracted for. TUT is an important element of the training stimulus that encourages muscle growth!
