🐆💨 JUST OVER 3 WEEKS TO GO! 💨🐆

The countdown is officially on!

In just over 3 weeks’ time, runners, families, supporters and volunteers will come together for the inaugural Run Like The Wind 10K & Fun Run and we can’t wait! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We’re absolutely blown away by the support we’ve received so far from entrants, local businesses, sponsors and the wider community. ❤️

Here’s what’s waiting for you on Sunday 5th July:

🏃 10K Race
🏃‍♀️ 1 Mile Fun Run
🏅 Medals for ALL finishers
👕 Tshirts for all 10k finishers
🏆 Fantastic prizes
🎁 Grand Prize Draw packed with goodies donated by local businesses
🐆 Charlie Cheetah and Chicky Cheetah making appearances throughout the day

Another great training session last night. Under 12s to seniors sharing the track and working towards that next goal,but importantly having fun and friendship.

Quite a few of our juniors have qualified for the schools county team and will compete for the county this weekend at the Intercounties.

Great track session this morning for Leven Valley Athletes.

Well done to 5 of the club athletes who competed for the club county team at the Northern Athletics Intercounties champs over the weekend. 6 were selected and one had to pull out on the day.

How did they earn there selection? They had to compete at the club county trial and finish in the top two.

Well done, Joe, Kate, Imogen, Oliver, Henry.
