As most of you know, last week we were closed to have the sports hall floor refurbished and re-laquered, at considerable expense. So you can probably imagine my dismay when I've just been setting up for an activity tomorrow and found court 1 covered in black scuff marks, created by someone wearing black soled trainers. It can only have happened today at Shootin Starz or Saturday Club as they were not there last night.
A reminder please to ALL users of the sports hall whether its basketball or anything else, only non marking footwear is to be worn. Black soled trainers that leave marks, astro turf trainers and the like are banned. Anyone found wearing them will be asked to stop until they have the correct footwear. Thanks.
