Can't believe it is here already.
Wow 1 year of FlexStella fitness classes.

What a year we have had zumba, leg bums and tums and Circl Mobility class. We have been in Community halls, dance studios to fitness Gyms. I would like to say a big thank you to all the support from everyone of you wether that is letting me use your facility or showing up to one of my classes. I appreciate it alot.

Now let's try and make this year even bigger for Flex Stella 💪

❗️Announcement ❗️

As the new year has now officially started It has came to my attention that some classes will unfortunately not be continuing this will be Abbotsvale Community Centre Circl Mobility and Zumba on Saturdays. However Circl Mobility Gleaston will still be Continuing as normal.

I thank everyone who has helped me. And I hope to see you again soon.
