It was great to have Bob Pops Cassidy down with us. For those that don’t know Bob locally he used to run Barrow MMA back in the day and 10 years ago he got me to teach his fighters a weekly grappling class which then turned out to be the birth of LOBO. Thanks again Bob and I look forward to you starting your journey here with us 🙏

Tuesday & Thursday evenings. Open to all levels.

No experience needed. No fitness required. Just come train.
