As I reflect on this year, I’ve come to accept that the challenges we faced are the ones that help us grow 🌱

I look back and see struggle, but I also see the resilience that pushed me forward. It’s okay to fail, to feel lost, to feel like you barely made it through—and still feel a bit of apprehension about what’s next.

My message to anyone, and to myself: be authentically you. Don’t apologise for who you are. We’re all unique—embrace it.

Here’s to another year. Ironman 2026 is setting in. LET’S GO 💪

If you fear it, do it.
Because trust me what you gain from doing something that feels impossible is strength you didn’t even know you had. The mind can stop us from doing so much, but when you challenge that mindset, when you push through the hard moments, you come out the other side stronger, more resilient, and more capable than you ever thought.

I still remember the swim in my first triathlon.
I freaked out as soon as I started. Panic hit hard and I genuinely didn’t think I could finish. But I broke it down: one buoy at a time. One breath at a time. I reminded myself of all the hours I had trained, the people that have supported me and the fight and struggle that so many people go through every day. This is just a swim…You will finish this swim. And I did. I hated every minute of it but I finished.

That’s what stepping outside your comfort zone gives you.
That’s why I’ve signed up to do an Ironman. The swim is in the sea which I am absolutely petrified. It’s going to be a long day of mental resilience and pushing through discomfort. But I know what I’ll gain from the journey, and I cannot wait to hear the words:

“Emily Worrall, you are an Ironman.”

So if you fear something?
Here’s your sign to go fu***ng do it.
What have you got to lose?

Dont let fear take over your life.

If you’ve ever wanted to lift weights but thought:

“I don’t know what I’m doing”
“I’ll look stupid”
“I don’t want to get injured”
“I need to be fitter first”

You’re not alone — every single lifter you’ve ever seen started exactly where you are. Including myself. That dread of stepping into a gym not knowing what to do, where to go. We have all been there!

You don’t need to know everything.
You don’t need to be strong yet.
You just need to start with:

✅ Simple movements
✅ Good form
✅ A plan that builds confidence, not fear
✅ Patience (strength is earned, not rushed)

Lifting isn’t about being the strongest person in the gym — it’s about just getting started! 💪

Do you ever find yourself struggling to stay on track with your eating habits at work? 🍪🍔🌯

Maybe you’re skipping breakfast, then by 10 a.m., you’re starving and reaching for that next biscuit. It’s such a common cycle! But what can help is planning them meals!

2 mins it can take to make a breakfast for the next day. Try my Overnight Weetabix recipe below 👇

INGREDIENTS:

➡️ 2 crushed up Weetabix
➡️ 75ml milk of choice (I used almond milk)
➡️ 150g fat free Greek yogurt or plant based
➡️ 15g soy salted caramel

If don’t want to use protein powder whack on top your fav protein yogurt. Mine is lemon cheesecake 👌

It’s a small step, but can make a huge difference!

What are your go to breakfast choices? Pop some in the comments ⬇️

Do you want to start lifting weights but something keeps holding you back?
Maybe you’re worried you’ll do it wrong… that people will judge you… or you’ll injure yourself before you even get started.
Trust me — I’ve been right there too.

Even as a PT, confidence didn’t magically appear. I didn’t walk into the weights area feeling invincible. I questioned myself. I second-guessed my form. I compared myself to others and almost talked myself out of training more times than I can count.

But here’s the truth no one tells you 👇
Confidence doesn’t come before you start — it comes from taking action.

What helped me build confidence in lifting:
➡️ Learning proper technique (less risk, better results)
➡️ Following a clear programme so I wasn’t guessing
➡️ Investing in coaches who actually corrected me
➡️ Repeating the basics until they felt natural
➡️ Showing up even on the days I felt nervous

You don’t need to be perfect to start — you just need a plan, patience and practice. Progress takes time, but it’s worth it.

You don’t have to be the strongest in the room — just brave enough to take the first step. Your journey is yours, and it’s only just getting started. Keep going 💛

A race I’ll never forget. Sure, it could’ve gone a little better on paper—but having my family there, especially my dad, made it such a meaningful day. I know my sister was there in spirit too, fighting her own fight. I raced with her beside me, proving that true strength is in the resilience to keep going.

If you swipe through, you’ll see my dad somehow ended up doing the triathlon too 😂 I may have sprinted past him chasing a half marathon PB… Sorry Dad 😅 And yes, I did get it—powered by your support at the finish line.

It’s been a tough year, and not everything has been easy behind the scenes but these are the moments that carry you through. Health really is wealth.

There’ve been times I haven’t wanted to train, work, or even face the day—but it’s in those moments that showing up matters most. The hard days make the wins that much sweeter.

Do the things that scare you. That challenge you. The reward is always worth it. Cherish every damn moment. 💙
