It may be bank holiday but the gym is still open 🥊

New season upon us, back to school soon.

Carded boxers need to be in the gym to be considered for sparring trips and contests.

You get out of boxing what you put in 👊

A good night in the gym last night lots of rounds in and progression across the board.

Remember, you PLAY football, rugby etc, you don’t PLAY boxing 🥊

Switch on in the gym, give it your all… coaches are trying to improve you so take it on board, train hard, don’t distract others and don’t waste your potential 👊

We’re gearing up for the new season 👊🍀👊
Boxers are getting extra fit with non training day strength and conditioning sessions, getting the miles in too. Some requirements for our boxers below 👍

Training was off the cards last night whilst we celebrated a good season had by the club 👊🍀👊

A nice get together for members and families 👍

Many thanks to The Derby Inn for the room hire and support for the event

We have a good squad and look to continue this success into the coming season.

What a great evening at the England Boxing awards evening in Sheffield last night 👍

A privilege to be nominated, with congratulations to Unity Boxing Centre on their win in our category and the amazing work the they do!

Also a big congratulations to Yaqoob Hussain Mbe receiving the lifetime achievement award 👏

A great turnout in both sessions at the gym last night despite the football .. top effort and a 10min flyer for the juniors to get home for it 👍
