Happy Thursday Beautiful Humans!
So some things are changing, for those wishing to join the Online Saturday class.
You will need to book in between 9-9:15am and class will finish at 10:45am. There will be a option to stay for short meditation.
I hope this will help people that need a little extra time to get themselves set up, I will not be admitting anyone after 9:15am. If you are staying for meditation it will be £6 instead of £5.
