Friendship doesn’t have to look like playdates or big groups.
It can be parallel play, shared interests, gentle proximity, or simply feeling safe near someone.

What does friendship look like for your child?

Your body begins to feel different.
You move without stiffness.
Your back feels less tight.
Your core feels more supported.
You feel stronger lifting your baby.
You feel more mobile, more stable, more comfortable.

You stop bracing against everyday movements and start flowing through them.
That’s what “feeling amazing” actually feels like.

As more families join BabyBeats, Mindful Movers and Inclusive SEND Mindful Movers, I’ve been asked a few times about my qualifications and training. I realised I don’t always talk about them clearly, so I’ve put together this carousel to show the experience behind the sessions you and your little ones attend.

From Level 2 Group Exercise and Level 3 Pre & Postnatal training, to Qualified Teacher Status, an MA in Children’s Literature, and ongoing CPD with Speech & Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists, everything I deliver is grounded in safe practice, child development and inclusive teaching.

The session isn’t “just a class”. It’s designed with care, evidence, and years of experience. Thank you for trusting me with your post natal recovery and your little ones.

You walk in feeling more confident.
You recognise your body again.
You’ve made friends.
You feel less alone.
Your baby settles more easily.
You look forward to your weekly class.

It feels like having something that’s yours again.

Overwhelm isn’t misbehaviour.
It’s a nervous system asking for help.

What helps your child come back to calm? Movement, quiet, sensory input, connection, space?
