We are going to TEST a kids strength & conditioning class at CientoGym on Tuesday 2nd June 💪

There is only going to be 10 spaces and you can go and book it now.

The reason we are testing it first is because we want to see if there is enough interest to make it a regular class.

We are thinking about launching a brand new Kids Strength Class at CientoGym for children aged 8–11 years old 🦁💪

The idea behind the class is to create a fun, safe, supportive environment where kids can:

✔ Build confidence
✔ Improve fitness
✔ Learn proper technique
✔ Develop discipline & healthy habits

Meet Huw Knight Personal Training he is one of our coaching at Ciento gym. If you would like to give him a follow and learn more about him and if you need any help with your fitness, make sure to reach out and give him a message.

Below is a copy and paste of his post

"Just wanted to share a little workout that I do that focuses on developing the chest area:
4 rounds of 15 reps of each of the following, with 30 seconds rest between each set - Dumbell Bench Press, Crush Press, Pullovers, Chest Flys.
Weight should be heavy enough to challenge you so that you feel it around rep 12, but not too heavy that it compromises your form.
If you can do 15 reps x 4 sets comfortably, the weight is too light
Enjoy !"
