Added a little extra to our zig stepping stone section of today’s circuit, having to remember what activity to complete on each coloured “stone” to challenge memory balance and coordination 🧠👣⚖️😁
We finished todays class trying to coordinate a sequence of 3 moves in pairs , sound so simple !!! Lots of fun laughter trying to work it out 🤔😂

Working together completing the zig zag step sequence using the colour codes to create the activities for your partner using the ball.
Balance, strength , coordination, communication and laughter , I think we will keep this one in again next week 😊

Todays session at Brayford Village Hall included our usual warm up and gentle aerobic exercises followed by a balance and strength circuit working in pairs and finishing with a pair mind and movement challenge with plenty of laughter 🧠🤔🤣

Today I set up our circuit in pairs, working together at some of the stations to enable us to have a bit of a catch up offering some additional exercise for our lungs and enjoying some friendly conversation on the way round 😊

One of our circuit activities from this weeks class, our ball bounce and catch sequence 😊
Why this exercise ?
Challenge ourselves by coordinating a basic line walk with bounce and catch, adding a different numbers of bounces on different colours to keep our mind focused
Exercising body and mind promoting our balance and having some fun at the same time.
You were all fab at this one 👏👏👏
