I wish I'd made this a non-negotiable sooner...

I grappled with 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 during my fertility treatments and experienced, first-hand, how thoughts can drag you down and make day-to-day life and phases of treatment a real struggle.

On a journey that is full of unknowns, the quicker you take steps - the small, manageable kind - to 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴, the better.

Forget about the chicken and the egg 🐣!

In an attempt to walk the walk, I have been working on a bed time routine for a while now.

So far I have discovered that... a decent night's sleep can take some real effort and(no news here), can be transformational...

I struggle to ask for help at times...

But I have been reminded recently of the power of coming together and the unfathomable growth that comes from showing up with vulnerability.
