This mindful movement meditation (ideal for the female physique) helps us become more authentic as we tune into our body, emotions and creativity - not to mention developing strength and flexibility. It calls upon three very ancient traditions - belly dance from the Middle East, Qi Gong from the Far East and yoga from India. Very graceful, soothing and beautiful to do!

Hugely excited to share this new class with you. The Three Treasures is a gentle and restorative workout (ideal for female bodies) that I've created by combining my three fave body disciplines: yoga, qi gong and belly dance. It's a gentle, relaxing and nurturing flow that helps to calm the mind, balance emotions and keep the body flexible and strong. Class has a meditative inward focus that can be beautifully restoring after a stressful week. All welcome x

All welcome to join our next course: as well as developing flexibility and core strength in the body we put a lot of emphasis on stilling the mind, connecting to the present moment through the breath, powerful relaxation, moving with flow, connecting to our creativity and cultivating bliss. So a complete mind and body experience!

Happy New Year! We have 7 places left for our fun Makeup, Movie and Modelling night. All dancers, yogis and friends are welcome to join us! Don't worry if you're terrified or shy of the camera. We've all experience that frozen feeling! This is a chance for us all to overcome that in a supportive, safe and fun group - and to celebrate who we are! Pop on your fave outfit or a costume that you really love, swig prosecco bubbles, get some tips on makeup and posing and enjoy group (or individual if you're up for it) piics taken by a pro photographer in a lovely setting. If you would like to book a place please let me know by Tuesday January 9.
